As per the New Zealand Governments instruction to advance to lockdown level 4, as of Thursday 26th March 2020, our physical stores will be closed until further notice. We hope to re-open as soon as possible, and will continue to assist our customers in any way we can.
Our biggest priority right now is keeping our staff & customers safe, so we thank you for your continued patience and support during this time.

Can I still shop online at this time?
During this time you can still shop online, however deliveries will be delayed until it is safe to be open, packing orders, and delivering to you.
What will happen to the delivery I was waiting for?
Our delivery team are working hard to get through any deliveries currently booked with us pre-level 4, and to notify and re-schedule any upcoming deliveries that need to be moved to a later date. If you need to get in touch with us during this time in regards to an order that has been placed but not yet delivered, please email email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
When will stores re-open?
We will be following the Governments advice regarding the nationwide lockdown, and as soon as they have indicated we can re-open one or more of our stores, we will do so. Check back on our site for more information as announcements are made.
Will you provide flexible returns & storage options for pre-ordered product?
- For online orders during this lockdown period, we have extended our returns policy so that you can return goods within 14 days of delivery (whenever that is) and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund (excluding the original cost of delivery).
- You may wish for us to store your goods for a period of time even after the lockdown period is over, until a more suitable delivery date of your choosing in the future. That's no problem, just let us know when you order and we'll arrange that for you. There would be no charge for this service.
