White Glove Service (Central Auckland only)

Our White Glove delivery experts are highly-trained and equipped with the ability to install and assemble your furniture on-site, while conveniently taking all packaging materials with them. 

What we offer:
  • Inspections: pre and post site inspections 
  • Protective packaging: Our white glove delivery services adhere to high standards that protect your package against damage by using premium packing materials like wooden crates, styrofoam, movers wraps, bubble wrap, cardboard and more. Steps are also taken to keep your shipment safe from movement during transport, as well as protection from moisture.
  • Delicate handling: Your shipment is treated with top-level care throughout the entire packaging, shipping, delivery and set up process. Packagers and drivers are trained to handle your product’s unique needs and take all special considerations into account.
  • Safe, clean transportation: Clean, safe shipping vehicles operated by trained professionals.
  • Attentive service: White glove delivery service professionals are trained to deliver your shipment quickly and safely every time. We are available to answer any questions you have throughout your shipment, including feedback afterward. 
  • Product assembly & packaging removal:  Our delivery professionals will carry your shipment to the place it needs to be unloaded and then set it up in a safe, timely manner. They will also remove and take with them the packing materials - saving you time and money for disposal.
  • Where possible all our transport and packaging materials are recycled.

White Glove Service delivery excludes Auckland Outer Islands - Waiheke and Great Barrier Island - which will incur additional costs.

*Beds assembly if required will incur a further charge of $80.

Outside Auckland Deliveries

For furniture shipping outside of Auckland we use a variety of shipping companies, and will contact you to advise expected delivery date. Please note that furniture items may arrive to you flat packed and require assembly.

For all furniture deliveries we will contact to advise when you can expect delivery.  Auckland deliveries are generally within 1-4 days, other areas in NZ may be up to 12 days.

Homewares and gifts

Flat rate delivery charges NZ-wide (excluding the Outer Islands - Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d’Urville Island - which will incur additional costs) for purchases are automatically calculated at online checkout.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We endeavour to get your order to you within 3-4 days, however some remote and rural areas may take a little longer. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track your parcel.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, please advise a physical delivery address when ordering. If you are not there when our courier or freight forwarder calls they will leave the parcel for you, if you want to sign for your parcel and you do not want it left please note this in the 'Comments' box when ordering.

We provide free gift wrapping... If you want gift wrapping, please let us know in the comment box.


We are happy to ship orders overseas. Please contact us at for a quote before placing an order. International customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence.
